- Starbucks – Every benefits-eligible U.S. partner working part- or full-time receives 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. Choose from over 100 diverse undergraduate degree programs, and have our support every step of the way. Full- and part-time employees who have worked for three months and at least 20 hours per week can receive full tuition reimbursement for every year of college to earn their first bachelor’s degree.
- Walmart – Offers all full-time, part-time and salaried Walmart U.S. store, supply chain, home office and Sam’s Club associates an opportunity to attend college for only $1 a day for the duration of their college program. Walmart covers the full cost – beyond financial aid – of tuition, fees and books.
- Home Depot – Offers up to $5,000 per year in tuition assistance.
- UPS – Offers up to $25,000 in tuition assistance.
- Amazon – Will pre-pay 95% of tuition and fees for high-demand degrees.
- AT&T – Offers $20,000-$25,000 max. in tuition reimbursement after one year of work.
- Bank of America – 100% of tuition-related expenses — up to $2,000 per year — will be reimbursed for both undergraduate and graduate programs for employees who have been working at least 6 months for 20hrs a week.
- Verizon Wireless – Will pay up to $8,000 a year in tuition assistance.
- Lowe’s – Tuition reimbursement is available to full-time employees who’ve worked at least one year, and covers a maximum of $2,500 a year towards tuition, lab fees, and books. You need to get a “C” or better to get reimbursed for coursework.
- Chick-fil-a – The Leadership Scholarship pays up to $25,000 for higher education.
- CarMax – Full-time associates can get up to $5,250 a year reimbursed and part-time associates can get up to $2,500. Assistance covers tuition, books, and any course-related fees, and can be used towards any field of study as long as you get a “C” or better.
- Best Buy – Offers up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursements. You must be an active, full-time employee working at least 32 hrs/week with at least 6 months of employment.
- Chipotle – Full-time and part-time employees at Chipotle are eligible for the educational assistance program offered through Guild Education. The program provides up to $5,250 in tuition assistance per year, or they might even cover 100% depending on the degree. Plus, you can earn a third of your degree without going into a classroom, ever! Every time you get a promotion, you’ll earn credit hours towards the degree. A full-time employee who has worked at least 180 days is eligible.
